Inside Sales Representative - Business Development
Leverage prospecting tools and outbound calling techniques
Engage and build relationships with prospects and Target Accounts by promoting Icon products/Services to build sales pipeline
Produce qualified leads for Sales and schedule highly qualified meetings for Major Account Representatives
Manage inbound leads and properly disposition them
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and Icon management team.
Meet and exceed high value activity metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
Required Skills:
Ability to maintain knowledge of and discuss ForgeRock products and company overview
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Portuguese and Spanish languages a plus
Confident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone and managing objections
Well-developed interpersonal and decision making skills
Must be self-driven and organized
Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office, Applications, etc.
Previous business experience a plus
