Investor Relations Advisor (Capital Raising) Miami, FL (Onsite) Phoenix Pro Connect is supporting a Miami-based firm in its search for an Investor Relations Advisor to lead capital-raising and investor relations across institutional and accredited-investor channels. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for select investor relationships while expanding the firm's investor base through strategic outreach, networking, and disciplined follow-through. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Own capital raising targets set by fund leadership across:Institutional investorsHigh-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)Accredited investorsFamily offices and fund-of-fundsDevelop and expand investor prospect pipeline using:Existing industry relationships and investor networkCRM tools and investor databaseHigh-touch networking and targeted outreachLead investor communications related to:Investment strategy and positioningPerformance updates and outlookMarket and portfolio insights (as applicable)Build investor confidence by responding to complex questions with clarity and credibility.Partner cross-functionally to ensure investor needs are met, and relationships are retained and expandedRepresent the firm externally in meetings, industry events, and networking engagements to articulate the firm's capabilities and value propositio.nQualifications Experience2 5+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:Capital raising/investor salesInstitutional asset managementWealth managementSell-side researchInvestment consultingExperience with reputable firms is preferredBroad exposure across asset classes is helpful, especially:Fixed incomeHedge fundsPrivate equityTrade finance and/or asset-based lending (preferred)Skills & CompetenciesProven ability to present and defend complex ideas to sophisticated, demanding audiencesStrong relationship-building and networking capability within the investor communityExcellent written and verbal communicationCollaborative, hands-on approach; operates as a true team playerStrong client service mindset with high emotional intelligenceEducationStrong undergraduate academic credentials requiredGraduate degree preferred ; MBA highly desirableCFA highly desirableLicenses (Preferred/Required Depending on Scope)Series 7Series 65Series 82 Investor Relations Advisor for ...LanguageEnglish requiredSpanish preferred
