Job Title: FL-DBPR-Doral-CTMH-Compliance Officer Location: Doral, FL (Onsite) Contract Duration: Contract until 06/30/2026 Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed. Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue. Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST. Advise complainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason. Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate. Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor. Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa. Document the actions in the OnBase system.
