This role will own the full integration lifecycle—from sign-to-close through post-close stabilization—ensuring a seamless, user-centric transition of acquired organizations into enterprise digital workplace standards.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in M&A integration, digital workplace technologies (endpoint, collaboration, voice), and large-scale program execution, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable integration plans.Key ResponsibilitiesM&A Integration LeadershipLead end-to-end M&A integration execution for Digital Workplace ServicesOwn delivery from pre-close planning to post-close stabilizationDrive integration of:Collaboration platforms (M365, Teams, etc.)Endpoint environmentsVoice / Unified CommunicationsIdentify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges; proactively mitigate themEnsure smooth onboarding of acquired entities with minimal business disruptionStrategy & ExecutionTranslate M&A objectives into clear integration roadmaps and execution plansAlign integration efforts with enterprise IT strategy and standardsPartner with business and IT leaders to support broader transformation initiativesStakeholder ManagementAct as a key leader during M&A activities, engaging senior stakeholdersCollaborate across cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors, leadership)Drive alignment, communication, and decision-making throughout integration lifecycleGovernance, Budget & Vendor ManagementManage integration budgets, vendors, and service providersEnsure compliance with enterprise policies, standards, and governance frameworksSupport contract alignment and vendor transitions during acquisitionsChange ManagementLead communication, training, and adoption strategies during integrationMinimize disruption and improve user experience across transitioning organizationsDrive change readiness and adoption of new tools and processesTeam & Resource LeadershipLead and mentor cross-functional teamsDefine roles, responsibilities, and resource plans across integration programsDrive performance, engagement, and capability developmentRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field10–15+ years of IT experience, with strong Digital Workplace backgroundProven experience leading M&A technology integrations (sign-to-close to post-close)Expertise in:Endpoint managementCollaboration tools (M365, Teams, etc.)Voice / UC technologiesStrong program management and stakeholder leadership experienceDemonstrated ability to deliver large-scale integration programs on time and budgetKey SkillsM&A Integration LeadershipDigital Workplace TransformationProgram & Project ManagementStakeholder & Executive CommunicationChange ManagementVendor & Contract ManagementITIL / Service Management FrameworksThanks & Regards,Mishail HasanSenior Technical RecruiterPh: (678) 785-2003| Mishail.h@careersoftusa.com
