You will lead customer engagement activities by advising business leaders and C-level Executives in a variety of businesses in all aspects of cyber risk and security. The ideal candidate will be well versed in all areas of cyber security management including security controls architecture, incident response preparedness and response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security event analytics and correlation. He/she must be passionate about the field of cyber security and able to think strategically and operate tactically. The candidate must have in-depth security experience and be able to effectively scale and tailor security services/solutions to unique and challenging business use-cases. This role requires a strong leader who views the cyber security architecture as an extensible platform deliverable to a highly diverse and dynamic family of brands.ResponsibilitiesBe the “face” of the business unit; marketing our expertise, being recognized as an industry thought leader, participate in co-marketing activities, participate in security related organizations, do presentations at conferences, etc.Build and manage the Cyber Security PracticeManage the business to meet financial goalsWork with Arraya’s clients to define and drive a multi-year cyber security framework including architecture and programAbility to architect security solutions including: cyber response automation, threat intelligence, user analytics, DLP, endpoint security tools, security infrastructure technologies, and application/software protectionsDevelop/define security advisory services including program/policy development, education and training programs, assessments, and response/forensic engagementsStrong verbal and written communication is a must to be able to deliver complex topics to non-technical stakeholdersIncrease customer loyalty through effective communications, professionalism, and going above and beyond the customer’s expectationsProvide pipeline and forecast updatesBe the industry expert; stay informed about new products, services, technologies, and other information that may be of interest to clientsProvide market intelligence to the management staff and participate in the development of future solution strategiesParticipate with OEM vendors and SE teams on product roadmaps and strategyQualifications5+ years of experience with security issue management, techniques, and process integration, preferably within an enterprise organization3+ years of experience with security architecture and engineering of network, infrastructure, and cloud technology, preferably in multi-tenant environmentsExperience with penetration testing tools and techniquesMust be well versed with cyber security management including security controls architecture, incident response preparedness and response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security event analytics and correlationExperience with leading and advising clients on security to include risk, governance, technology, regulatory drivers and IT security and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, ITIL standardsUnderstanding of security audit standardsUnderstand and articulate market trends and ability to understand the competitive landscapeDemonstrated experience in building and managing a practiceDemonstrated ability to work with and communicate with other team membersMust have excellent communication, documentation, and customer-facing skillsEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineer or similar disciplinesRelevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GSEC, GCIH, GCIA, GPEN) are a strongly preferredPosition Type and Expected Hours of WorkFull-TimeRemote - Remote most of the time with occasional travel to the office in Blue Bell, PA40 hours per weekMonday through FridayWorking Conditions and Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of being in a stationary position while working on a computerMust be able to move and/or lift up to 40 pounds at timesMust be comfortable operating a computer and/or other office productivity machineryPay range and compensation packageCompensation is based on individual experience and qualifications. The estimated total pay range is $200K–$300K, including bonus structure.
