🚨 Hiring: Senior Program Manager – UI Inspire Modernization Program📍 Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)📅 Duration: 12 Months (07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027)🎯 Interview: Web Cam or In-Person📌 Local Metro Atlanta Candidates PreferredThe Client is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the UI Inspire Modernization Program, a large-scale initiative focused on transforming the State’s Unemployment Insurance (UI) systems for Benefits, Tax, and Appeals operations.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing program execution, vendor coordination, implementation readiness, federal compliance activities, and successful deployment of a modern cloud-enabled UI platform.Key Responsibilities:• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of a large-scale IT modernization initiative.• Coordinate Benefits, Tax, and Appeals modernization workstreams and vendor teams.• Manage integrated program schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.• Oversee system development, testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and production readiness activities.• Serve as the primary liaison between GDOL leadership, Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), vendors, and stakeholders.• Support federal certification readiness and compliance activities.• Facilitate governance meetings, executive briefings, steering committee updates, and project reporting.• Drive implementation planning, go-live readiness, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization.• Coordinate organizational change management, staff readiness, training programs, and operational transition activities.Required Qualifications:✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.✔ 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT modernization or enterprise system implementation programs.✔ Extensive experience leading government technology modernization initiatives.✔ Experience working in multi-vendor environments and state technology governance frameworks.✔ Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Iterative software delivery methodologies.✔ Experience coordinating development, testing, data migration, deployment, and operational readiness activities.✔ Experience managing cloud-based or enterprise platform implementations.✔ Proven expertise in vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.Required Certifications (Must Be Active):• PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Project Management Certification• PgMP (Program Management Professional)Highly Desired:• Experience supporting State Unemployment Insurance (UI) modernization programs.• Knowledge of federal UI certification and readiness requirements.• Experience with public sector governance, executive oversight, and compliance frameworks.Core Skills:• Large-Scale IT Modernization Program Management• Enterprise System Implementation• Vendor & Stakeholder Management• Risk & Issue Management• Executive Reporting & Governance• Implementation Planning & Operational Readiness• Data Migration & Testing Coordination• Cross-Functional Leadership• Federal Compliance & Certification Readiness• Organizational Change ManagementIf you have a strong background in government IT modernization, enterprise program leadership, and large-scale system implementations, we'd like to hear from you.📩 Interested candidates, please share your updated resume along with your active PMP/PgMP certification details for immediate consideration.
