Electrical Construction Project Manager/ Superintendent

PLEASE NOTE: This position is not C2C/ 3rd party eligibleWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Superintendent to lead electrical construction projects from planning through execution. This role combines project ownership (budget, schedule, client coordination) with field leadership (crew oversight, installation execution).Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management (Office + Coordination)Manage full lifecycle of electrical scope from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and track budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsLead RFIs, submittals, and change order processesCoordinate with General Contractors, clients, and other tradesProcure electrical materials, equipment, and subcontractorsIdentify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost impactsRequired Qualifications 5–15+ years of electrical construction experience (subcontractor side REQUIRED)Experience in commercial and/or industrial projectsProven experience with electrical scope ownership (NOT just coordination)Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code)Experience with:Conduit installationSwitchgear and power distributionElectrical systems installation in active job sitesAbility to manage both project execution and field operationsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience as:Electrical Project Manager orElectrical Superintendent / Lead ForemanMaster Electrician or Journeyman licenseExperience on large-scale projects ($20M+ electrical scope)Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platformsBackground in healthcare, data centers, manufacturing, or mission-critical builds
