Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position at a Level I Trauma Center, requiring at least 2 years of RN experience and prior travel assignment completion.Job Details• Short-term acute care hospital setting at a Level I Trauma Center,• PCU unit functioning as Stepdown/Med Surg Overflow with cardiovascular experience,• Patient ratio of 1:6 under a team nursing model,• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a (3x12s), with potential for 36 or 48-hour work weeks,• Schedule details may be discussed and clarified during the interview process,• On-call required as needed,• Weekend work required as needed; weekend block scheduling may be considered,• Floating between like units and campuses within 20 miles may occur, though cross-campus floating is rare,• Cerner EMR experience preferred,Job Requirements• Active RN license - TN state license or Compact (NLC) license required; no pending licensure accepted,• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; 3+ years preferred,• ADN or higher required for this position,• Level I Trauma Center experience required,• Large hospital experience required,• Prior completed travel assignment required; first-time travelers are not eligible,• Cardiovascular nursing experience required,• Driver's License required for consideration,Additional Information• Candidate must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted,• If Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's all fall within the assignment period, the traveler must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 holidays; if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment, at least 1 must be covered,• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; RTO requests will not be accepted after an offer has been made,• Former permanent employees or internal associate travelers must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible to return,• Vaccination status must be provided as part of the candidate profile,
