This role is for a hungry junior developer who wants real ownership on production codebases — not a rotation program, not ticket-shuffling, but shipping features to live products with real users. You'll work across the Globixs site, MCT Realty, the MCTResto dashboard, Sandhya IT Consulting, ClawAcademy, and more. You'll pair with senior engineers, get code-reviewed, and grow fast. What you'll do - Ship features across multiple Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind codebases - Build CRUD UIs, forms, dashboards, and API routes against Supabase - Write clean, tested React components using shadcn/ui and Tailwind - Implement designs from Figma or Claude-generated mockups into production code - Fix bugs, polish UX, and close issues faster than the senior devs can open them - Learn our stack: Next.js, Supabase, Railway, Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Actions - Pair with senior engineers (Rahul on frontend/backend, the AI Architect on integrations) Tech stack you'll use TypeScript Next.js (App Router) React Tailwind shadcn/ui Supabase (Postgres + Auth) Prisma Python (learning) Git GitHub Actions Vercel / Netlify / Railway How to apply Send to connect@theteammc.com: 1.
