Molding Technician

Job Description BESTAFF is seeking an experience Injection Molder Technician with 2 years of experience.This hands-on position requires expertise in injection molding setup, processing, and troubleshooting of Pebax, Polycarbonate, and other resins, as well as robotics. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized work area, minimizing waste and achieving daily performance goals.Hours Friday - Saturday- Sunday shift 6am- 6pm / 36 hours will pay 40 hrs if worked the entire 36 Must read / write / understand English Pay $28 - $35 depending on experience ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.Promote safety awareness, housekeeping, and organization.Ensure scheduled machines produce quality products at standard BOM cycles with minimal waste.Perform timely mold and color changeovers.Start and operate 3 and 6 axis robots efficiently.Troubleshoot molds, machines, and robots as required.Communicate with maintenance, lead and/or department manager regarding breakdowns and repairs.Maintain reliable attendance.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIESMechanical aptitude.Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with others.Exposure to and willingness to learn about robotics.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum two years of experience in injection mold changing processing and troubleshooting.High school diploma or equivalent.BESTAFF is an equal opportunity employer#ZRCompany DescriptionGreat Environment!Company DescriptionGreat Environment!
