A global leader in business and technology services.Title : AI Program Manager / Business AnalystLocation: Los Alamitos, CA- onsite Contract w2 Rate $90/hr on w2 Business-facing role focused on GenAI use-case development and delivery.Drive GenAI solutions in collaboration with AI Architects and IT teams.Act as the overall SPOC between business and technical teams.Requires good understanding of GenAI/AI concepts and program management.Position OverviewWe are seeking an AI Program Manager / Business Analyst to lead and coordinate AI initiatives across multiple business functions. This person will identify opportunities for AI, gather business and data requirements, evaluate workflows, and guide projects from discovery through implementation.The ideal candidate has experience working within distributed, sales and marketing-driven organizations and can effectively connect business stakeholders, data teams, and technical resources.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AI initiatives across multiple departments, locations, and stakeholder groups.Identify business processes that could benefit from AI, automation, or improved data utilization.Gather requirements and translate business needs into workflows, project plans, and measurable outcomes.Coordinate the evaluation and aggregation of data from multiple systems and business functions.Partner with technical teams on AI workflows, data pipelines, testing, and implementation.Define project milestones, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.Evaluate AI outputs, data quality, user adoption, and business impact.Communicate progress and recommendations to business and technical leadership.QualificationsFive or more years of experience in program management, business analysis, project management, or a related role.At least three years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation initiatives.Experience supporting distributed sales, marketing, or customer-facing organizations.Experience managing cross-functional technology or data initiatives.Strong understanding of business processes, workflow design, and data requirements.Familiarity with AI platforms, data pipelines, APIs, and evaluation methods.Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
