This position will work closely with senior finance leadership and play a key role in overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury activities, and departmental administration.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional with nonprofit experience who is seeking a highly visible leadership role with long-term stability and strong community impact.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with oversight of daily finance operations including accounting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, revenue, and financial reporting activitiesSupport management of the general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and financial analysisMonitor budget-to-actual reporting and assist with forecasting and financial planning activitiesSupport annual audit processes and help strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial policiesAssist with development and administration of annual operating and program budgetsPrepare financial reporting and supporting schedules for leadership and external stakeholdersPartner with department leaders to ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and budget guidelinesProvide financial guidance and operational support across departmentsAssist with grant accounting and oversight of externally funded programsSupport pension, benefits, and related financial reporting activitiesHelp drive process improvements, modernization initiatives, and operational efficienciesSupervise and support finance-related staff while assisting with departmental workflow and performance managementServe as backup to senior finance leadership when neededWHY JOIN:Highly visible leadership role with exposure to executive leadershipStable organization with meaningful community impactCollaborative culture and supportive leadership teamOpportunity to improve processes and drive operational efficienciesCompetitive compensation and strong benefits packageFor immediate consideration, please email your resume in confidence to Kelleigh.Marquard@RobertHalf com.
