Start Date: March 2026- Ongoing Schedule: Day shifts, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM, 5 days/week Coverage Dates: • March 23-27 • April 6-12, 21-22, 24, 27-May 1 • May 4-10, 11-15, 18-22 • Ongoing ORs: 4 Providers on Shift: 3 Procedures: • General Surgery • Orthopedic • Urology • Podiatry • Endoscopy Required Skills: • Proficiency in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals • Caselogs required Supervision: Independent CRNA practice EMR System: Epic Travel & Malpractice Covered
