The organization has been around for over 75 years and focuses on industrial, commercial, high rise, healthcare, auto and dental interiors. Our client has goals to triple the business and open new offices across the United States over the next three years.Job DescriptionController Responsibilities:Prepare and review financial statements, month-end close, cost allocations and job costing, as well as EBITA analysisMonitor cash flow, manage budgeting and forecasting and Work-in-Progress reporting for budget managementConduct job profitability analysis, operational revenue recognition, and monitor cost control for projectsManage the financial software, establish internal controls and identify ways to improve internal processesEnsure tax reporting compliance, audit preparation against local, state and federal tax regulationsCollaborate with CFO and leadership team and present financial reportingPerform daily financial tasks and documentation such as AR/AP, invoicing, reconciliations, and GL transactionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
