Airy, Pilot Mountain Pay: $20$28/hour (based on experience) + Overtime Opportunities Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 (Not Subcontractor) About Us SERVPRO of Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain is a restoration and reconstruction company serving NC and VA. We are looking for skilled individual carpenters to join our in-house rebuild team. This is a direct-hire role, not a subcontractor position. Job Duties Perform framing, trim, siding, soffit, and window/door installation Follow project plans, blueprints, and 2021 Virginia Residential Code and North Carolina building code Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Handle tools and equipment with care Occasionally assist with demolition and material handling Requirements Minimum 3-5 years carpentry experience (framing or finish, siding and roofing) Reliable transportation to job sites in the Mount Airy NC, Galax VA, or Wytheville VA areas Ability to work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety Must pass a background check We Offer Weekly pay (W2) Health care, Vision Demtal Overtime after 40 hours Steady year-round work Paid training & safety gear provided Advancement opportunities within SERVPRO Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
