This is a direct-hire role, not a subcontractor position.Job DutiesPerform framing, trim, siding, soffit, and window/door installationFollow project plans, blueprints, and 2021 Virginia Residential Code and North Carolina building codeCollaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlinesMaintain a clean, safe jobsiteHandle tools and equipment with careOccasionally assist with demolition and material handlingRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years carpentry experience (framing or finish, siding and roofing)Reliable transportation to job sites in the Mount Airy NC, Galax VA, or Wytheville VA areasAbility to work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and safetyMust pass a background checkWe OfferWeekly pay (W2)Health care, Vision DemtalOvertime after 40 hoursSteady year-round workPaid training & safety gear providedAdvancement opportunities within SERVPROCompensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
