Warehouse Manager - Fashion & Apparel DistributionPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for a fast-paced marketing and apparel distribution company. This individual will be responsible for managing inventory, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, team leadership, and operational efficiency to ensure clothing and fashion products are delivered accurately and on time to retail store locations nationwide.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse or distribution operations, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment supporting retail and marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returnsManage the distribution of clothing, promotional merchandise, and fashion products to retail storefronts and event locationsLead, train, and supervise warehouse staff while maintaining productivity and accountabilityEnsure all orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on schedule to meet retail launch and marketing deadlinesMonitor inventory levels and conduct routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracyCoordinate with purchasing, operations, and marketing teams regarding product availability and shipment timelinesDevelop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce shipping errorsMaintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standardsManage relationships with shipping carriers, freight vendors, and suppliersTrack KPIs related to fulfillment accuracy, shipping timelines, labor productivity, and inventory managementAssist with budgeting, supply ordering, and warehouse operational planningEnsure compliance with company policies and OSHA safety guidelinesQualifications3–5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution management experiencePrevious experience within apparel, retail, fashion, e-commerce, or promotional products preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with inventory systems, warehouse management software, and shipping platformsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work within a warehouse environmentForklift certification preferred but not requiredPreferred SkillsExperience supporting retail storefront distributionKnowledge of apparel inventory management and SKU trackingAbility to manage seasonal volume fluctuations and marketing campaign launchesContinuous improvement mindset with focus on operational efficiency??
