Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties:Safety, Quality and Delivery.Load or unload deliveries utilizing powered industrial equipment or manual equipment.Correctly receive inbound deliveries and communicate inaccuracies.Manage internal storage, storage locations and record keeping.Pull correct materials for shipment to jobsites & package for safe transfer to location.Create B.O.L.'s for proper shipment for Fleet Drivers or 3rd Party Carriers.Cross-function communication.Develop contingency plans to address disruptions or unexpected challenges.5S & 6SQualifications and Experience:2+ years supervising warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and/or inventory management.Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.Experience in managing internal logistics for inventory & storage in a warehouse setting.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Demonstrated leadership experience in self-management and cross-function coordination.Logistics: Inbound & Outbound shipmentsKnowledge of regulations, safety standards, and best practices in warehousing, logistics and transportation.Preferred experience with implementation of logistics software and inventory management systems.Job Skills:Safety First mindset.Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse, and distribution processes.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Knowledge of applicable regulations, safety standards, and best practices in warehousing, logistics and transportation.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.O.P. creation & implementation experience preferred.Plumbing and HVAC material experience preferred.I.T. Trained or certified (Forklift) preferred.Education:High School diploma or GED is requiredPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk warehouse facilities and distribution areas for extended periods of time.Ability to lift or move materials up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to be certified as an operator for a P.I.T.
