This role requires you to be based in the DFW metroplex. The role involves increasing revenue, hotel bookings, managing sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue. The specialist will provide training and support to team members, analyze market trends, and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and client engagements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets will be an integral part of the role.QualificationsStrong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Proficiency in Training to coach and develop team members effectively.Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not required.
