The Medical Scribe will document patient encounters, including medical histories, diagnostic testing results, and treatment plans, in real-time during medical appointments. Additional responsibilities include utilizing medical terminology accurately, assisting healthcare providers with documentation, and ensuring records are complete and organized while maintaining confidentiality. Effective communication with healthcare professionals and adherence to established protocols will be essential to excelling in this role.Qualifications Proficiency in Scribing, including accurate and efficient documentation Knowledge of Medical Terminology and a strong understanding of Human Anatomy Experience or training in Medical Assisting to support clinical documentation Strong Communication skills, including listening, written, and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in a related healthcare field is a plus
