About the RoleWe are partnering with a leading alternative investment firm seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate to support capital raising across private equity and venture capital strategies.This is a front office role within a lean, high performing team, offering direct exposure to institutional investors and active fundraising processes. The position provides the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in investor engagement and capital raising execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport capital raising across private equity and venture capital strategiesManage and maintain a detailed CRM of institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, and large family officesTrack fundraising pipelines, investor interactions, and follow-upsPrepare investor materials including pitch decks, updates, and meeting briefsCoordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and eventsSupport due diligence processes including DDQs and data room managementPartner with internal teams to ensure consistency in investor communicationsGather investor feedback and market intelligence to support fundraising strategyRequirements2–5 years’ experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a client-facing role within private equity, venture capital, or alternativesStrong understanding of private markets, including IRR, MOIC, and fund structuresExperience working with institutional investors (pensions, endowments, large family offices)Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process management skillsExperience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamo)Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholdersSeries 7 and/or Series 66 preferred, or willingness to obtainWhy This RoleDirect exposure to institutional investors and fundraising activityOpportunity to step into a more front office, investor facing roleLean team environment with strong responsibility early onBroad exposure across investor engagement, strategy, and execution
