Title: Compensation AnalystDepartment: Human ResourcesCompensation: $60-70kLocation: Valhalla, NY - 100% in-officeJob SummaryProvides analysis and support for job evaluation, base pay, and incentive programs.ResponsibilitiesConduct job evaluations to ensure consistent job standards and support development of accurate job descriptions.Maintain salary structures and job hierarchy, using market data to assess competitiveness and internal equity.Analyze compensation trends and support development of annual pay increase budgets.Perform compensation analyses and recommend solutions to support retention and organizational goals.Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to determine competitive compensation for new hires.Advise HR partners and leaders on compensation practices, policies, and decisions.Qualifications/RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of compensation analysis experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Certifications: CCP certification preferred.SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of compensation programs and regulationsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with HR systemsStrong communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to influence and collaborate across all levelsDetail-oriented with strong prioritization and time management skillsMaintains confidentiality and professionalism
