Senior Compensation Manager

Hybrid schedule of 3x per week in office.About the RoleThe Compensation Manager serves as a subject matter expert supporting the design, execution, and ongoing governance of the firm's compensation programs. The seat sits within a tight-knit Strategic Accounting & Finance group and partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver market-competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of annual and mid-year compensation cycles including project management, data integrity, reporting, and system administrationProvide compensation recommendations across client groups for new hires, promotions, and associated pay adjustments using market data and internal equity principlesConduct in-depth benchmarking and job matching to ensure ongoing market competitiveness across roles and geographiesEnsure compliance with applicable federal and state employment statutes; stay current on compensation-related legislation and trendsPerform pay equity analyses and support remediation efforts as organizational needs evolvePartner closely with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payment and trackingResearch and respond to compensation-related requests from employees, Finance, and HRConduct ad-hoc compensation and budget analysesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field6+ years of experience on a Compensation or Total Rewards team - financial services industry experience requiredExperience with Beqom preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance bonus.
