CALL CENTER AGENT

As a key member of our front-line team, you will handle incoming calls from patients, assist with appointment scheduling, answer inquiries about services, and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical staff. Responsibilities: Answer high-volume inbound calls in a courteous and timely manner Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the Practice EMR Provide accurate information regarding the services offered Route calls to appropriate departments Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times Document records of patient interactions Assist with outbound calls to referral patients Other duties as assigned Please note this position does require you to be seated at your desk. There is a 1 hour unpaid lunch break, as well as 2 paid 10 minute breaks each day. The schedule for this role is 8a-5p, Monday thru Friday.
