Proof of U.S. Citizenship will be required.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise healthcare applications supporting regulated federal environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, modern front-end technologies, cloud platforms, and microservices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Candidates should also be comfortable leveraging enterprise AI tools to improve development efficiency, testing, documentation, and overall software delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks.Build secure and high-performance REST APIs and microservices.Develop responsive user interfaces using React or Angular along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.Deploy and support applications on Azure, OpenShift, or AKS environments.Develop cloud-native applications following DevOps and CI/CD best practices.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Implement automated testing and ensure high code quality.Utilize enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot/M365 to improve coding, testing, documentation, and development workflows.Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills7+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.Hands-on experience with React or Angular.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with Azure, OpenShift, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/debugging tools.Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.Experience with automated testing frameworks.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Experience using enterprise AI tools (Microsoft Copilot/M365) to enhance software development productivity.Preferred SkillsExperience in Healthcare, Care Management, or HealthTech applications.Experience working in regulated environments such as HIPAA, FedRAMP, or GovCloud.Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka.Knowledge of configuration-driven platforms and enterprise-scale distributed systems.Experience optimizing application performance and scalability.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Preferred BackgroundExperience developing enterprise healthcare applications.Experience working in highly regulated cloud environments.Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed Agile teams.Strong focus on secure, scalable, and maintainable application development.
