While the Legal Assistant does not provide legal advice, make strategic case decisions, or authorize Firm expenses, they are responsible for monitoring case flow, identifying delays or deviations from Firm-established benchmarks, and working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to keep matters on track.
