Both require Japanese-English bilingual proficiency, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow within a firm that actively promotes from within.Responsibilities for Each RoleParalegal (2+ years experience preferred)Manage and develop immigration cases alongside attorneysDraft legal documents including petitions and supporting briefsCommunicate case strategy and updates to clientsPrior experience in business immigration is preferred — we will build on what you knowLegal Assistant (No legal background required — full training provided)Correspond directly with clients and review their documentsPrepare visa and green card applications for US government agenciesPartner with paralegals and attorneys on every active case QualificationsFluent in Japanese and English — written and spokenRequired SkillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative team player who communicates proactivelyDetail-oriented and comfortable working with documents and deadlinesGenuine interest in helping clients navigate life-changing immigration processes Preferred SkillsMicrosoft 365CRM/CSMAdobeSchedule & BenefitsHybrid schedule: remote on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; in-office Mondays and ThursdaysFlexible hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00–18:00 with flexible start and end times; Fridays 9:00–14:30The last two weeks of December are fully paid time off, in addition to all federal holidays and additional accrued PTOComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and more
