Join Community Counseling of Bristol County in launching our historic Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program.Description of PositionWe are seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to join our CBHC team in providing assistance to our clients with mental health struggles. The ideal candidate is interested in providing a compassionate and full continuum of care to clients under the umbrella of the CBHC. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of addressing the social, emotional, psychiatric, and medical needs of the clients we serve; this includes clients across the lifespan with a variety of presentations, including mental health and substance use concerns.
