If you're a CNC expert, with experience leading teams, apply today to join a dynamic and high-growth potential organization!Job DescriptionInterpret blueprints and develop optimal CNC machining processes based on customer specs.Troubleshoot issues with production & part design, providing solutions to complex problems.Coordinate and direct production, operations, quality assurance, testing and maintenance in our industrial manufacturing plant.Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.Monitor production and correct discrepancies to ensure timeline adherence.Communicate with other departments to increase efficiency and drive growth.Monitor product standards and quality-control programs.Manage and mentor a team of CNC Programmers/Machinists, and other staff.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
