A company is looking for a Coding Quality Auditor and Specialist. Key Responsibilities Collaborates with clinical documentation teams to identify documentation improvement opportunities Assesses coding practices to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations Develops educational strategies and tools to promote quality outcomes across the health system Required Qualifications RHIT or RHIA or CCS Certification Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field or an Associate's Degree with five plus years of healthcare coding experience Clinical expertise from prior experience with clinical documentation teams Strong personal computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
