Quality Management Analyst

Quality Management Analyst is a full-time position responsible for developing and managing training and quality management programs to ensure the integrity of medical records. Key Responsibilities Maintain data integrity and quality while ensuring conformity to requirements Conduct audits, manage outcome tracking, and develop improvement plans Prepare and submit reports, while liaising with stakeholders on project progress Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field or equivalent experience Epic Certification, preferably in Identity Minimum of five years of healthcare data integrity experience, with at least one year in training Extensive technical skills in healthcare information systems and MS Office Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and work collaboratively
