Job Title: Loan Servicing DirectorJob Overview:Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Loan Servicing Director to join our client to drive strong, compliant, and efficient loan servicing operations across commercial portfolios. This direct hire role is based in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania and requires a fully onsite presence. The position provides leadership oversight of loan servicing functions while modernizing processes through automation and operational improvement. The Loan Servicing Director will serve as a key partner to leadership, auditors, and business teams to ensure accuracy, risk mitigation, and service excellence.Compensation:$125,000 to $150,000 per year plus annual bonusWork Schedule:Monday through Friday during normal business hoursKey Responsibilities of the Loan Servicing Director:Oversee end to end loan servicing activities including booking, maintenance, modifications, and monetary transactions for commercial, SBA, and limited construction loansGuide operational enhancements by designing and implementing automation, efficiency improvements, and control focused processesEnsure regulatory compliance and internal controls aligned with banking requirements while supporting audits and examinationsMonitor service levels, reporting, and performance metrics to inform leadership and support operational decision makingLead, coach, and develop a loan operations team by reinforcing accountability, cross training, and effective collaboration Qualifications and Skills for the Loan Servicing Director:Hands on experience working with Jack Henry core banking systems within a loan servicing environmentDemonstrated success building, implementing, and automating operational processes from the ground upStrong leadership capability with confidence managing experienced and tenured staffEffective communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging across teams and leadership levelsExperience supporting commercial and SBA loan operations using systems such as LoanVantage and Synergy Why Join Us?This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful operational impact while leading a dedicated loan servicing team.
