Project Manager - Electronic Security

Cennox is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a specialized focus on electronic security solutions. This role demands a blend of expertise in project management and a deep understanding of the latest security technologies, particularly as they apply to the banking and retail industries. The ideal candidate will lead projects that enhance our clients' security posture, ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge electronic security systems.Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately define project scopes and develop comprehensive proposals, ensuringmeticulous management of project budgets and expenditures to meet or exceed marginexpectations and financial objectivesLead the end-to-end delivery of electronic security system projects, including but notlimited to, access control systems, surveillance technology, intrusion detection, andcybersecurity measuresCollaborate with stakeholders across banking, retail, and commercial sectors to defineproject scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with business objectives andcustomer needsDevelop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resourcesefficiently, ensuring successful project executionMonitor and report on project progress, including tracking project milestones anddeliverablesEnsure projects comply with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices,particularly in data protection and cybersecurityAssess and implement new technologies and trends in electronic security, advising onsolutions that enhance operational efficiency and security for Cennox's clienteleFoster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery of security solutionsProvide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress,challenges, and outcomesPerforms other duties as assignedSkills and Requirements:At least 5 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on managingprojects in electronic security, preferably in banking, retail, or similar sectorsIn-depth knowledge of electronic security systems, cybersecurity protocols, and industry-specific regulationsExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirableProven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentPowered by JazzHRyu5U6qLU3Y
