This role is instrumentation-forward ideal candidates will bring strong hands-on experience with transmitters, control valves, loops, RTDs, thermocouples, and similar field instruments, in addition to solid general electrical skills. If you thrive on troubleshooting complex systems and solving real-world plant problems, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems throughout the plantMaintain and calibrate field instruments including transmitters, control valves, RTDs, thermocouples, and flow metersService and maintain motors, MCC panels, lighting, and other electrical distribution equipmentTroubleshoot and repair AC/DC drive systems and invertersSupport loop checks, P&ID verification, and instrument loop troubleshootingRead and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and equipment manualsPerform bench rebuilds and repairs on instrumentation components and control valvesExecute Safe Work Permit processes including LOTO, Hot Work, and Confined Space entryDocument all work activities, time, and findings in SAPParticipate in on-call/duty rotation approximately 4-5 times per yearRequired QualificationsIndustrial maintenance experience in instrumentation systems - this is the primary focus of the roleWorking knowledge of electrical systems: motors, MCC panels, power distribution, and lightingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, P&IDs, and schematicsExperience troubleshooting instrument loops and performing root cause analysisAbility to use hand tools, electrical measuring equipment, and power toolsAbility to lift/carry and push/pull up to 100 lbs; climb ladders up to 20 ftMust be able to wear required PPE including FRC, face shields, respirators, and safety harnessValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProficient in MS Outlook, Word, and ExcelMinimum 2 years of electrical or instrumentation experiencePreferred Qualifications3+ years of industrial E&I experience in a manufacturing or process plant environmentSignificant hands-on experience with AC/DC drive systemsFamiliarity with radar levels, nuclear levels, and micro motion flow metersKnowledge of inverters and drivesExperience with SAP maintenance systemKnowledge of Planning & Scheduling and Maintenance Best PracticesExperience with low and medium voltage power distribution equipmentInterested?
