Aesthetic Provider Assistant / Licensed Aesthetician

Location: Scottsdale, AZ Ēgo Medical Aesthetics is expanding! We are looking for a hands-on, passionate provider or clinical support assistant to join our high-performance team in Scottsdale. You are a fit if you: Have experience or passion for medical aesthetics and patient outcomes Work well alongside providers and help drive the patient journey from treatment to next steps Are professional, friendly, and excellent at multitasking Love educating patients on next-level care, skincare, and packages Believe that results start with relationship-building and expert care Position Highlights: Assisting with treatments, consultations, and patient preparation Building and presenting treatment plans under supervision Selling skincare and treatment bundles Ensuring a pristine, welcoming treatment environment EMR charting and support (Jane experience a plus) Part-Time to start, with opportunity for expanded schedule based on growth Compensation: Starting at $17.50 per hour PLUS 10% commission on personal sales after company cost Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or a spa/clinic setting preferred. Current license in aesthetics or medical assisting strongly preferred.
