Outside Sales Representative About DYR SportsAt DYR Sports, we create athlete experiences that bring athletes and teams together through custom subscription boxes and partnerships. We work with volleyball and cheer programs across the country to deliver products athletes genuinely get excited about. Our team values energy, creativity, speed, and strong relationships.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Partnerships Associate to help grow DYR Sports by reaching out to new volleyball and cheer programs and building relationships with coaches, directors, and organizations.This is primarily an outbound sales role, meaning a large part of the job will involve:Cold emailing and cold calling new programsFinding clubs, schools, and organizations to partner withBooking meetings with decision-makersFollowing up consistently and building relationships over timeYou’ll also help support existing partnerships through renewals, upsells, and partner communication.This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote work, team collaboration, and occasional travel for in-person meetings, tournaments, and events.What You’ll DoOutbound Sales & OutreachReach out to volleyball and cheer programs through email, phone calls, social media, and follow-upsFind and research new clubs, schools, and organizations to partner withBook meetings with coaches, directors, and administratorsTrack conversations, follow-ups, and meetings in company systemsPersonalize outreach and relationship-building with potential partnersReach daily and weekly outreach goalsPartnership SupportHelp support active partnerships and maintain strong relationshipsAssist with renewals and upsell opportunitiesCommunicate with partners throughout the seasonHelp ensure programs have a great experience working with DYR SportsRelationship Building & Brand RepresentationRepresent the DYR brand with professionalism, energy, and positivityAttend occasional tournaments, events, or in-person meetingsCollaborate with leadership on sales strategy and growth opportunitiesHelp identify new opportunities within youth sportsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication and people skillsComfortable talking to new people and building relationshipsOrganized and able to manage multiple conversations at onceSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicPositive attitude and team-first mindsetComfortable with outbound sales and follow-upWillingness to occasionally travel for events or meetingsInterest in sports, branding, marketing, or relationship-building is a plusSuccess in This Role Looks LikeConsistent outreach and follow-up activityBooking meetings and creating new partnership opportunitiesBuilding strong relationships with organizationsStaying organized and responsiveHelping grow the DYR Sports partner networkWhy Join DYR Sports?Opportunity to help grow a fast-moving sports brandHigh ownership and direct impact on company growthCollaborative and energetic team cultureJoin a startup with unprecedented access to leadership / data
