Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norcross, GA, for the position of Independent Sales Representative. The role involves promoting and selling Ernest Sports’ innovative golf performance products to customers such as golf professionals, driving ranges, club fitters, and recreational golfers. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Representative will also work on developing sales strategies and collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver product presentations and build trust with clientsKnowledge of or passion for golf and related technologies is highly beneficialSelf-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlinesProficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry eventsA bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or equivalent experience is a plus
