Role OverviewWe are seeking a Controller to lead core accounting operations and support continued growth of the organization. This role will oversee the accounting function, manage and develop the team, and partner closely with leadership on financial reporting, controls, and system initiatives. Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days in office)Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reportingManage, mentor, and develop the accounting teamEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controlsOwn and support ERP systems, including enhancements and implementation projectsPartner cross-functionally on process improvements and scaling initiativesQualificationsCPA requiredPublic accounting foundation (Big 4 or national/regional firm strongly preferred)Strong ERP experience; prior system implementation or optimization exposure required8+ years of progressive accounting experienceSalary & BenefitsBase salary: $140,000 – $180,000 , plus annual bonus.
