Job Title: Data Analyst Consultant (Tableau, SQL, Python) Location: Atlanta, GA / NJ (On-site)Job Type: C2C Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, and Python to transform complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, building interactive dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, statistical analysis, and data manipulation.Develop and maintain data models and reporting solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and consistency.Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Support ad-hoc reporting and business analysis requests.Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualization standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.Strong hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development.Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or similar libraries).Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with data visualization best practices and KPI reporting.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other BI/reporting tools.Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive analytics.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
