Insituform values employee development and empowerment and are looking for innovative individuals to join their team and contribute to maintaining critical infrastructure worldwide.We are hiring a General Foreman - CIPP with strong Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) experience to lead field operations, manage crews, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact sewer and stormwater rehabilitation projects in the Decatur, IL area.We offer 100% paid on-the-job training, competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, 401k matching, tuition assistance, overtime pay, paid time off, and much more!The starting pay is $56.52 per hour.Why You'll Love Working For Us:Competitive salaryDaily per diem while traveling plus 100% covered individual hotel room staysBenefits are availableOvertime Pay & Paid Time OffTuition assistanceOn-the-job training with 100% full payCompany paid PPE, boots, and safety gearCareer growth opportunitiesAdvance your career with a forward-thinking and innovative company that offers a variety of professional growth opportunities and a focus on helping achieve your goalsEcological footprint - We are rehabbing the world's infrastructure, one pipe at a time, with minimal disruption to people's daily routines, with little wasteWhat You'll Do:Ensure quantities are verified; traffic plans and bypass plans properly completed; verifies site conditions and ensures critical site details are documented through project management systemEnsure construction execution complies with plans and specifications.Attend the pre-construction meetingsEnsure materials and equipment for the project are planned for and delivered on timeCritical documents, local rules and permits are complete, delivered and/or postedEnsure that utility locations are identified for crews and sub-contractorsEnsure that work and quantities completed are verified with Foreman and Sub-contractorsMonitor and communicate changes in the scope of a project and opportunities for additional revenue or cost savings to the Field Engineer, Project Manager, or General ManagerIn collaboration with the Project Manager, communicate the work schedule to the customer as required; supervise sub-contractors and vendors on the Project SiteIn collaboration with Superintendents, notify residents of work schedules, ensure all pre and post videos and samples are acquired and processed, and ensure the processing of crew and sub-contractor logs, safety documents, tap cutting documents, etc.Work with customers, crews, and sub-contractors to resolve operational and technical issues and challengesPerform job surveys for estimating and sales as requiredEnforce company safety regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.What We Need From You:High School diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 4 years of experience in underground utility work (sewer, storm, water) - CIPP experience requiredExperience in emergency repair highly preferredExperience managing 5-6 direct reports and multiple crews, in multiple locations requiredAbility to operate heavy equipmentAbility to be on call for 1-week each month (on-call compensation)Valid driver's license required with clean motor vehicle reportPossess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform's motor vehicle standards, or be willing to obtain one within 180 days of being hiredMust have strong Excel and Word skillsSolid communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems quicklyAzuria is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
