We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company at the intersection of AI, automation, and revenue technology that is building modern tools to help go-to-market teams operate more efficiently and make smarter, faster decisions.The company is experiencing strong growth and is looking to build out its partnerships function as a key revenue channel. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role with real ownership, helping shape and scale a partner ecosystem from the ground up.We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to help build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem focused on agency and technology partnerships. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role with direct revenue accountability. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to drive partner acquisition, activation, and long-term success.The ideal person is entrepreneurial, highly organized, commercially minded, and excited about building scalable partner motions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This position is onsite in Greenwich Village, NYC.Responsibilities:Partnership Strategy & ExecutionHelp execute and refine the company’s partnerships strategy across agency and technology partner channelsIdentify ideal partner profiles and develop engagement models that support business growthSupport quarterly objectives and KPIs tied to partner performanceDrive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growthPartner Acquisition & DevelopmentSource, qualify, and onboard new strategic partnersClearly communicate the company’s product value proposition and partnership opportunitiesSupport partners through onboarding, early customer opportunities, and activationBuild and maintain a structured partner pipeline within CRM, including forecasting and reportingRepresent the company at relevant conferences, networking events, and industry meetingsPartner Management & EnablementBuild strong ongoing relationships with active partners through regular business reviews and check-insTrack partner engagement, performance, and contribution to pipeline/revenueMaintain partner documentation including contracts, KPIs, tiering structures, and account plansCollaborate on partner enablement initiatives including playbooks, training materials, newsletters, and eventsOptimization & Cross-Functional CollaborationAnalyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve effectivenessRecommend process improvements to scale the partner program efficientlyServe as an internal advocate for partner feedback, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teamsMust-Have Skills:2-5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within B2B SaaSExperience working with agency ecosystems, reseller channels, technology alliances, or GTM partnerships preferredStrong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions and revenue generationExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpotProven ability to manage multiple partner relationships and drive measurable outcomesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendationsHighly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detailSelf-starter mentality with comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environmentsNice to Have Skills:Experience in AI, automation, martech, sales tech, revenue tech, or adjacent SaaS categoriesExposure to early-stage or high-growth startup environmentsExperience helping build partnership programs from early stagesWhy Join:Opportunity to help build and shape a strategic growth channel from the ground upHigh visibility and direct impact on revenue growthCross-functional exposure across sales, product, marketing, and customer successFast-paced environment with strong opportunity for growth and ownership
