We are looking for a skilled CAD Drafter / Mechanical Designer to join our expanding product development team and play a key role in designing, refining, and launching new products.This is a hands-on design role focused on mechanical systems, moving assemblies, and production-ready components. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to bring new concepts from idea to reality.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings using SolidWorksDesign and develop mechanical systems with moving parts and mechanismsDesign components and assemblies using sheet metal, including bends, tolerances, and manufacturability considerationsSupport new product development from concept through prototyping and productionPrepare drawings for manufacturing, including BOMs, tolerances, and specificationsRevise and update designs based on testing, feedback, and production requirementsCollaborate with engineers, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure designs are cost-effective and manufacturableMaintain organized CAD files and documentationRequired QualificationsStrong proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory)Proven experience designing mechanical assemblies with moving partsHands-on experience designing sheet metal componentsAbility to create clear, accurate manufacturing drawingsUnderstanding of mechanical principles, tolerances, and fabrication processesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred QualificationsExperience in consumer products, sports equipment, or mechanical product developmentFamiliarity with prototyping, testing, and design for manufacturability (DFM)Experience working in a fast-paced, product-driven environmentKnowledge of machining, welding, or injection molding is a plus Why Join UsWork on innovative products in the golf and sports technology industryBe part of a growing company bringing new products to marketOpportunity to make a direct impact on product design and performanceCollaborative, hands-on engineering environment with room for growth
