Our team thrives on innovation, accountability, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through every phase of a project.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer / Drafter with strong, proven Revit experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically proficient but also capable of contributing to design, documentation, and project coordination across residential and commercial projects.The ideal candidate has a solid architectural background, a track record of producing high-quality construction documents, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit (primary) and AutoCADLead and contribute to the design and planning of residential and commercial projectsTranslate client requirements into creative, functional, and code-compliant design solutionsCoordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phasesAssist in managing projects from concept through constructionEnsure all drawings and designs comply with Florida building codes and zoning regulationsMaintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across all deliverablesLeadership & CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to support project success and efficiencyProvide assistance & guidance to other staff when applicableCommunicate directly with clients to understand project goals and expectationsContribute to a positive, team-oriented work environmentQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred)Minimum 2+ years of experience working under or alongside a licensed architectDemonstrated, high-level proficiency in Revit (REQUIRED)Strong portfolio showing architectural projects and construction documentsExperience with AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D modeling/rendering toolsWorking knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailingStrong problem-solving, design, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and ability to collaborate across teamsWhat We’re Looking ForProven, hands-on Revit project experience (not just academic exposure)Background in architectural drafting and documentationAbility to produce permit-ready construction setsHigh level of accountability and attention to detailCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Health and dental insurance401(k) with employer matchingPaid time off (vacation & sick leave)Long-term growth opportunities within the firmSupportive, high-retention team environmentWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time, in-office position based in Jacksonville, FL.Remote work is not available for this role.
