Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.Compensation:$45,000 - $60,000 annuallyResponsibilities:Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, notices, and correspondence related to family law cases.Conduct legal research on case law and statutes relevant to family law matters.Issue and respond to discovery requests.Coordinate and docket court dates and depositions to ensure smooth case progression.Manage and organize case files and documents to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.Prepare draft legal documents and file the same with the court in a timely and efficient manner.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in family law or a related legal field.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Familiarity with legal documentation and court procedures.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.About CompanyChicago law firm
