Growing together.We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to support our enterprise Social Media team. The Specialist will work with the team to execute our growing social media program, from content concepting to paid social support.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Development Build and maintain social content calendars aligned with business priorities and communications frameworkCoordinate with Insights & Intelligence and Community & Listening to inform content opportunities that ladder up to our communications frameworkCurate opportunities for content based on social media listening, trendspotting and user generated contentIn partnership with design and agency partners, create content right sized for social media platforms and key audiencesCoordinate SME reviews and approvalsAttend content sharing meetings for the enterprise and share plans as appropriatePublishing & Paid Support Manage day-to-day publishing and scheduling across social media accountsBoost content to key audiences and optimize as appropriateSupport paid budget managementAttend regular meetings with channel partners and provide summaries to the team on opportunities for testingAnalytics & Optimization Measure performance of content against KPIsProvide insights and recommendations to improve content effectivenessSupport reporting for leadership and campaign reviewsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:3+ years in social media, content strategy, or digital marketingPaid social experience, boosting content across multiple platforms to key audiencesFamiliarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, FDA guidelines, FTC advertising standards)Proficiency with social media tools, analytics platforms, and content creationProven solid storytelling skills; ability to translate complex topics into accessible, engaging contentProven excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualification:Experience in healthcare or regulated industries*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
