SummaryThe Administrative Assistant & Social Media Content Creator bridges high-level administrative support with handling complex scheduling, correspondence, and content creation. This role will be responsible for managing the Chief Executive Officer’s calendar and email inbox, organizing follow-ups for brand partnerships, and creating content for Instagram and LinkedIn. This role will directly support the growth of a founder-led personal brand across all platforms. Secondary duties include managing additional social media accounts and supporting general Concetti marketing initiatives such as newsletters and community engagement. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.AdministrationESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSManage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executive leadershipManage and organize inbox communications, including drafting and responding as necessaryMaintain timely communication and follow ups, keep opportunities, requests and conversations moving forwardCoordinate & attend meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed notesNurture client relationships by sending gifts, handwritten notes, etc. to clients as neededAssist with coordination brand partnerships, outreach, and relationship managementMaintain and update CRM systems with accurate dataAssist with event planning logistics and attend events to capture social media contentProvide general administrative support as neededMarketingCapture and create content for all social media platformsCreate and maintain content calendars Format and schedule newsletters/emails on a reoccurring basisOrganize assets, links, and on going projects Cataloging and storing film and video clipsUtilize AI tools and marketing platforms to improve efficiency and outputCollaborate with the marketing team on strategy, reporting, and campaign executionSupport additional marketing work load as neededOtherWorks harmoniously and collaboratively with team members to accomplish agency objectivesAcquire and/or develop an in-depth understanding of design work and internal Concetti design processesAll other duties as assignedEducational RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferredExperience RequirementsMinimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience in Marketing with demonstrated independent project managementContent creation experience requiredSales support experience, preferredExperience using CRM to manage and analyze marketing initiatives, preferredExperience working or an interest in creative/artistic activities such as interior design, graphic design or similar field preferredSoftware ExperienceExperience & proficiency working Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Mac computers and devices, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite, Typeform, ZapierKNOWLEDGE – MARKETING & ADMINISTRATIONKnowledge of all aspects of Marketing from planning to execution including:Social media managementPrinciples of marketing designContent creation & curationBrand strategyExcellent customer service abilityPowered by JazzHR
