Marketing And Public Relations Manager

The Headhunters have once again been engaged by a well-respected global manufacturer to find a Marketing and Public Relations Manager to join their growing team. This role manages the development and execution of marketing plans, programs, and strategies, oversees media and public relations, and ensures all events and campaigns reflect the company’s vision. This role would be ideal for an experienced candidate that is ready to move forward in their marketing career and support a growing organization. The position reports directly to the VP of Sales and has an annual base salary range of $90-$120K. QualificationsAssociate degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.3 years minimum of marketing experience required, preferably in a management capacityEssential FunctionsProvide marketing-related budget forecasts and resource requirements to contribute to the overall company business planRoutine analysis of marketing data to determine the best resources and tools for optimizing the marketing budgetCollaborate with leadership to organize, coordinate, and manage the office interior design initiativesMaintain professional presentation and alignment with brand standardsContent development for internal and external marketing materials, including multimedia Lead, monitor and report on marketing campaigns through data-based definitions of successContribute to drafting white papers for publication through case studies and customer feedback dataMaintain inventory of all marketing materials and oversee their distribution, including company-branded apparel for employees and customers.Work closely with the event planning team on graphics, messaging, and branding for trade shows, open houses, customers and other eventsTravel requirements up to 15% for trade shows and marketing events
