Territory Account ManagerWorking Style: Based in the territory assigned - must have the ability to travel to clients or the showroom locations within the marketJoin an established, luxurious brand impacting the design and luxury consumer markets. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Account Manager to join our clients' strategically focused, growing company. This established company is in an exciting nationwide growth phase, and we are placing field-based professionals with a key focus on new business development and account management. This opportunity will play a critical role in the luxury experience for clients, developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This opportunity calls for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is down-to-earth and ethical. You should be an independent, confident salesperson with strong organizational skills and previous field sales experience. You are an achievement-driven professional, a strong team player, and an exceptional relationship builder.Key role impacts Contribute to Sales Performance by achieving sales targets both at the multi-segment (covering both B2C and B2B) and multi-channel level.Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experienceSell through partnerships and customizing solution packages to specific market needsWorking with the Marketing Department, define the local segment market strategy in terms of commercial campaigns, initiatives, and eventsDevelop new customers and maintain relationships with the existing ones to generate new business opportunitiesBring accounts (both current and prospective customers) to the top locations in order to strengthen business relationships.Develop new opportunities with architects, interior designers, and any third party able to generate business opportunitiesDevelop a network with showroom partners and high-end furniture brandsHandle customer complaints, seek assistance, and ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the companyLiaise with Logistics and after-sales service for any needs oriented to supreme serviceKeep up to date on brand activities, locations, events, and marketing activitiesWork with the Retail and Inside Sales Teams in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journeyConsult with the in-house design team to create layoutsGuarantee continuous, proactive feedback from the marketQualifications5-7 years’ experience as a Sales Account Manager in a luxury retail environment, preferably in the design industry or working with luxury productsBA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant fieldDemonstrable ability to communicate and present to, as well as influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSelling aptitude with emphasis on business developmentAbility to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships, as well as knowledge of local marketing and mediaAbility to acquire some expertise in Store operations applications (Sales Force and SAP)Entrepreneurial approachAbility to create and cultivate a networkValid Driver’s LicenseFor immediate review and consideration, contact: Jordan Kravetzky - Interior Talent, IncSince its founding in 2003, Interior Talent has evolved into one of the leading talent recruitment and retention firms for the Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing industries.
