As a Multisite Leasing Consultant, you&#39;ll work closely with the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to keep prospective residents up to date on availability, application requirements, and new promotions. You&#39;ll also work on marketing and building relationships with local businesses, while ensuring that common areas and model apartments are always in top shape. Incorporate the Liv It! concept and our core values of Liv empowered, Liv meaningfully, Liv simpler, Liv well and Liv with luv into strategy, daily decision making, and relationships.What You'll DoCreate Exceptional First ImpressionsAnswer phone and email inquiries with warmth and confidenceTour apartment homes, models, and amenities with enthusiasmUnderstand prospect needs and help them find their perfect homeFollow up consistently to close leases and build relationshipsLeasing & Administrative SupportProcess applications, deposits, and lease paperwork accuratelyMaintain guest cards, traffic logs, waiting lists, and reportsAssist with move-ins, renewals, and resident communicationsPrepare welcome packets, move-in gifts, and resident materialsRenewals & Resident RetentionProactively manage lease expirations and renewalsNegotiate lease terms and renewal incentivesSupport smooth move-outs and turnover processesMarketing & Community EngagementHelp plan and execute open houses and community eventsBuild relationships with local businesses and preferred employersSupport marketing campaigns, signage, brochures, and advertisingShare creative ideas to elevate the Liv brandCommunity CareInspect common areas, models, and market-ready homesSubmit service requests and coordinate with maintenanceMaintain knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood and amenitiesWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 6 months of customer service experiencePassion for people, service, and salesStrong communication and organization skillsAbility to travel between Liv CommunitiesWillingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional after-hours eventsCompletion of a Fair Housing seminar (or willingness to complete one)Liv will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
