This role supports plant operations through cost analysis, inventory tracking, and financial reporting tied to production.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and analyze inventory and cost dataMonitor production costs, labor, and overheadSupport month-end close and journal entriesPerform variance analysis and identify cost savings opportunitiesPartner with operations on budgeting and forecastingAssist with inventory valuation and reporting accuracyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environmentStrong Excel and ERP system experienceDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsBenefits:PTO and paid holidaysMedical, dental, vision
